You can also register in person at the polls on election day. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND waiting to register at the polls. If you do not have the proper documentation, you will be turned away.
If you register in person, you can use an electronic document to show your proof of residence. This could be your bank statement, your utility bill, your property tax bill, your hunting or fishing license. Any of the items listed above that are in electronic form
After you register to vote, you will receive a postcard. This postcard is sent to verify that you reside at the address that you gave on your registration. The postcard will also give your polling place and district information. This card is your confirmation that your name will be in the poll book when you go to vote.
